I cannot submit a ticket. How to get the support?

After logging into the support system. I cannot submit my ticket, no products are selected.

What is the reason?

  • If you login to our system with an account registered at support.familab.net but your Purchase code information has not been updated to the system.
  • If you log into our system with Envato AIP but the connection with API Envato has failed.
  • The support times was expires. Please extend your item support from Envato or use the Extra Support Package from us.

How to resolve this issue?

Please follow these steps below:

Step 1: Access your account
Step 2: Add new license
Step 3: Enter your purchase code and your domain

Step 4: Submit a new ticket.
